Peugeot Invest - Number of shares and voting rights as of August 31, 2024

Peugeot Invest has published a statement on the number of shares and voting rights in accordance with the regulations in force. This statement concerns the period up to August 31, 2024.

The total number of shares of the company is 24,922,589, stable compared to July 31, 2024. The total gross number of voting rights increased from 44,998,777 to 44,999,375 over the same period, while the total net number of voting rights remained almost unchanged, increasing from 44,897,906 to 44,897,909.

Peugeot Invest also recalled the presence of a statutory clause requiring a declaration of crossing of additional thresholds. Any excess of more than 2% of the capital or voting rights, as well as each crossing of thresholds of 1%, must be declared.
