Peugeot Invest: Update on shares and voting rights

Peugeot Invest has published a statement on the number of shares and voting rights in accordance with current legislation. As of February 28, 2025, the total number of shares remained stable at 24,922,589. Gross voting rights amount to 45,009,773 compared to 45,008,757 as of January 31, 2025.

In terms of net voting rights, excluding non-voting shares, the figure stands at 44,889,964 in February, slightly up from 44,889,937 in January. The company imposes a reporting requirement for any exceedance of the 2% threshold of capital or voting rights.
