Peugeot Invest updates its figures on shares and voting rights
Peugeot Invest, a company located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, has updated its information regarding the number of shares and voting rights. In accordance with legal requirements, the company has published this data for the month of March 2024.
The figures show that the total number of shares remains stable at 24,922,589. For voting rights, an increase is observed, from 44,966,082 gross rights in February to 44,988,270 in March. As for net voting rights, they stand at 44,896,545, compared to 44,847,856 the previous month.
The company also recalled the existence of a clause in its statutes requiring a declaration when crossing specific thresholds, beyond traditional legal obligations.
