Photon Energy Group Announces Sale of Solar PV Project to Uniper Renewables

Photon Energy N.V. disclosed the signing of a conditional Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to sell a 20.4 MWp solar PV project in Domanowo, Poland, to Uniper Renewables GmbH. This transaction aligns with Photon Energy's strategic plan, reflecting market value pricing with installment-based payments.

CEO Georg Hotar commented on the partnership, highlighting its alignment with the company's renewable energy goals and the broad energy transition in Poland. The closing of the SPA, anticipated post-full project development by Q4 2024, marks a strategic move to enhance their portfolio and focus on mixed renewable projects and energy storage.
