Pierre et Vacances Group: Declaration of the Number of Shares and Voting Rights

The Pierre et Vacances Group has communicated the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital. This press release falls within the framework of the legal obligations set out by article L. 233-8 of the Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

As of May 31, 2024, the company's share capital amounts to 4,544,485.61 euros, divided into 454,452,155 shares. These shares give the right to an identical number of theoretical votes, i.e. 454,452,155 gross voting rights.

After deducting the treasury shares deprived of voting rights and the 1,205 ADP without voting rights, the number of voting rights exercisable at a general meeting stands at 454,302,451. This information allows increased transparency for investors and other stakeholders.
