Pixalate Introduces North American CTV SSP Market Share Rankings

Pixalate Inc. has unveiled its Q1 2024 Connected TV (CTV) Supply-Side Platform (SSP) Market Share Report for North America. According to the research, Magnite leads the market with a 25% share. FreeWheel holds the second position with 15%. Xandr Monetize and Nexxen follow, securing 9% and 6% respectively.

The research, conducted by Pixalate’s data science team, analyzed over three billion impressions during Q1 2024. This effort aimed to reveal the regional ranking of SSPs for open programmatic ads on platforms like Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung Smart TV, and Apple TV.

Pixalate also released reports for other regions including Latin America (LATAM) and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This follows previous publications on SSP market share by CTV platforms.

The top five SSPs in North America include:

1. Magnite 25%

2. FreeWheel 15%

3. Xandr Monetize 9%

4. Nexxen 6%

5. Pubmatic 5%
