Placed in receivership, Metalliance, subsidiary of GAUSSIN SA
GAUSSIN SA, recognized worldwide for its solutions in transport and logistics, announces that Metalliance, its subsidiary, has been placed in receivership. This decision was taken by the Dijon Commercial Court on May 17, 2024.
The Court also appointed administrators and legal representatives to support Metalliance during this period. SELARL AJRS with Me Marlène LOISEAU and SCP ABITBOL & ROUSSELET will act as judicial administrators. The designated legal representatives are SELARL MJ & ASSOCIES with Me Véronique THIEBAUT and SELARL ASTEREN with Me Thibaud POINSARD.
A six-month observation period was opened by the court. Christophe Gaussin, expressing his intention to calmly manage the situation, aspires to renew the dialogue within Metalliance, in response to the concerns of stakeholders.
