Plan Optik AG Plans Switch to Regulated Market
Plan Optik AG aims to change its stock market segment to the Regulated Market (General Standard). Currently, the company's shares are listed on the Basic Board of the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
Preparations for this transition are set to begin in 2024. Subject to successful preparations and approval by Bafin, the admission to the Regulated Market is expected in summer 2025.
The switch aims to strengthen the position of shareholders and increase transparency.
