PlusPlus Capital Announces Management Restructuring
PlusPlus Capital ("PPC"), a major player in the pan-Baltic and Finnish receivables management sector, has announced significant changes in its management team. These changes were finalized during the Extraordinary General Meeting on October 30, 2024. The resignations of Supervisory Board members Viljar Kähari and Mirje Trumsi led to the appointment of four new members, including Sacha Verveckken, who has assumed the role of Chairman.
In addition, the company has seen a shift in its Management Board—a mutual agreement led to Peeter Piho stepping down as CEO. Reimo Tomingas, with a strong background in managing Finnish operations, has been appointed as the new CEO.
The restructuring aligns with PlusPlus Capital's ongoing reorganization plan, focusing on stabilizing and expanding growth under new ownership.
