PlusPlus Capital to Appeal Tallinn Court Decision on Reorganization Plan

PlusPlus Capital Financial S.à.r.l. has revealed that its reorganization plan for AS PlusPlus Capital was rejected by the Tallinn Circuit Court. The company intends to appeal the verdict to the Supreme Court. The decision comes after an earlier rejection by the Harju County Court.

AS PlusPlus Capital, a pan-Baltic and Finnish receivables management group, had sought approval for its reorganization plan with strong investor support. Despite the setback, the company remains committed to its strategy and is prepared to challenge the court's decision further.

Kaarel Raik, a member of the Management Board, emphasized the company's resolve to obtain plan approval, citing potential legal avenues to question the current judgment.
