Pluxee Acquires Benefício Fácil to Enhance Mobility Solutions in Brazil

Pluxee, a leader in employee benefits and engagement, has announced the acquisition of Benefício Fácil, a Brazilian provider of mobility solutions. This strategic move aims to solidify Pluxee's presence in Brazil's mandatory employee mobility market. The acquisition deal is subject to approval from the Central Bank of Brazil.

Founded in 2004, Benefício Fácil offers a comprehensive platform for commuter benefits, addressing an available market worth over €20 billion. The transaction will be accretive to Pluxee's EBITDA margin from year one, leveraging growth synergies and expanding benefits for small and medium enterprises.

The CEO of Pluxee, Aurélien Sonet, expressed optimism about integrating Benefício Fácil's services into Pluxee's solutions. This acquisition reinforces Pluxee's commitment to innovative transport solutions and enhances cross-selling opportunities within its existing client base.
