Polygone Shareholding Structure Developments

GL EVENTS, the integrated event solutions group, has announced a change in the shareholding structure of its holding company, Polygone. On July 23, 2024, Olivier Ginon, through his holding company ‘Le Grand Rey’, acquired Aquarsourça's 10% stake in Polygone.

This acquisition alters Polygone's shareholder distribution: Olivier Ginon, Le Grand Rey, and La Ferme d'Anna now hold 61.57%, Trévise Participations 20%, Crédit Agricole's regional private equity funds 13.1%, and Matmut 5.33%.

Sophie Defforey and Félix Crepet from Aquasourça have resigned from their board positions at Polygone and GL EVENTS.

Olivier Ginon expressed gratitude towards the Aquasourça team for their 22 years of collaboration, emphasizing confidence in GL EVENTS' continued growth.
