Postponement of approval of the 2023 accounts to October 31, 2024 for GAUSSIN

GAUSSIN, world leader in transport and logistics solutions, has obtained a deadline to finalize and publish its 2023 accounts. The Vesoul Commercial Court has granted the company until October 31, 2024 to convene its General Meeting in order to rule on the accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023.

This postponement results from an exceptional situation. At the beginning of April, GAUSSIN informed the Financial Markets Authority of its inability to finalize and publish its financial statements as of April 30, 2024, due to the opening of safeguard procedures for its subsidiaries. A governance crisis also delayed the closing of the accounts.

Since June 18, 2024, the new governance has put in place the necessary measures to finalize the required documents. GAUSSIN plans to publish the accounts after summer 2024.

In the meantime, Euronext has placed GAUSSIN shares in the “Penalty Bench” compartment, but this decision does not impact shareholder transactions.
