Postponement of the Annual General Meeting of AURES TECHNOLOGIES

AURES TECHNOLOGIES informs its shareholders of the postponement of the Annual General Meeting initially scheduled for June 28, 2024. The documentation relating to this event was not distributed within the required legal deadlines.

The Board of Directors has therefore decided to reschedule the Meeting on July 11, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. The new meeting will be held at the Novotel Evry Courcouronnes hotel, located at 3, rue de la Mare Neuve, 91080 Courcouronnes, France.

Furthermore, a request for an extension of the six-month deadline, necessary for approval of the accounts, was filed with the President of the Commercial Court. The new notices of meeting will be published on June 26, 2024, in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires (BALO) as well as in a legal notices newspaper.
