Postponement of the availability of the annual accounts of Foncière Vindi
Paris, June 20, 2024. In order to allow the auditor to complete his work on certifying the accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, Foncière Vindi, a company listed on Euronext Access Paris, announces the postponement of the meeting annual general meeting.
This cannot be held before June 30, 2024. Consequently, the financial statements will not be published on its website before this date.
The company is actively working to ensure that the financial statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2023 are available on its website before October 30, 2024.
