Postponement of the publication of BD MULTI MEDIA's annual accounts until May 2024
BD MULTI MEDIA announced the postponement of the publication of its annual results until May 14, 2024. This delay is attributed to the need for an in-depth analysis of the accounts of its subsidiary Olympus Game AD and the start of the fractional real estate activity by DIVIZ, its 60% subsidiary.
The complexity of the operations carried out in 2023 by Olympus Game AD required additional accounting due diligence to ensure the accuracy of the financial statements. Furthermore, the post-closing initiative in fractionalized real estate by DIVIZ also impacted the company's financial reporting schedule.
