PowerBand Provides Bi-Weekly MCTO Status Update
PowerBand Solutions Inc. (TSXV:PBX)(OTC PINK:PWWBF) has issued a bi-weekly status update under National Policy 12-203 regarding Management Cease Trade Orders (MCTO). The company applied for the MCTO due to delays in filing audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2023. The Ontario Securities Commission granted the MCTO on April 30, 2024.
The MCTO limits the trading abilities of the CEO and CFO but does not affect other shareholders. PowerBand expects to complete the filings by June 17, 2024. The company confirms there have been no other material changes or defaults since the initial announcement.
PowerBand will continue to issue bi-weekly updates until compliant with the filing requirements.
