PowerBand Provides Bi-Weekly MCTO Status Update
PowerBand Solutions Inc. has issued a bi-weekly status update under the National Policy 12-203 regarding Management Cease Trade Orders (MCTO). The company had initially announced a delay in filing its 2023 financial statements and related documents, leading to the imposition of an MCTO by the Ontario Securities Commission on April 30, 2024.
PowerBand has since completed all required filings, including its unaudited interim financial statements and related analysis for the period ending March 31, 2024. These documents are now available on the SEDAR+ platform. The company expects the MCTO to be lifted on June 26, 2024.
The MCTO restricted trading activities for the company's CEO and CFO but did not impact other shareholders. PowerBand confirmed that no material changes or failures in compliance have occurred since the initial announcement of the delay. The company also assured that all vital information has been disclosed.
