P&P Group Achieves Sales Milestone at Lagarde Campus in Bamberg

The P&P Group has reached a significant milestone in the Lagarde Campus development in Bamberg, selling over 200 of the available 324 residential units since sales began last year. Christoph Langfritz, CIO of P&P Group, highlighted the attractiveness of the properties to both investors and owner-occupiers, attributing the success to the prime location, superior quality, and innovative design.

The development includes a variety of living spaces, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom family homes. It offers several amenities and services, enhancing the quality of life for residents. Completion is expected by early 2026, with new residents moving in phases.

The Lagarde Campus is a model for sustainable energy and mobility, using geothermal energy, photovoltaic systems, and advanced energy storage. The area will feature traffic-calmed zones, prioritized cycling routes, and shared e-mobility options.
