Proactis SA - First half 2024 revenue

Paris – August 30, 2024 – Proactis SA (Euronext: PROAC), a specialist in spend management and collaborative business process solutions, has published its financial results for the six months ended July 31, 2024.

Consolidated operating revenue for the period was €2.9 million, down 35% compared to the previous year. SaaS revenue decreased by 21%, from €3.3 million to €2.6 million. Services experienced a more pronounced decline, with a 76% drop to €0.3 million.

The group's management costs totaled 1.4 million euros, down 34% compared to the same period in 2023. Total consolidated turnover also decreased by 34%, reaching 4.3 million euros.

This decrease is mainly due to the non-renewal of contracts for non-strategic products and the decrease in the value of remaining contracts.
