ProCredit Holding Announces Extension for Chair of the Management Board, Hubert Spechtenhauser
Frankfurt am Main, 19 March 2024 - The ProCredit Holding AG Supervisory Board has decided to extend Hubert Spechtenhauser's tenure as a member and chairperson of the Management Board for an additional year, now until the end of February 2026. This extension reflects the board's confidence in Spechtenhauser's leadership.
Spechtenhauser has officially accepted the new term, ready to continue his role in steering the company forward. ProCredit Holding, a parent entity to several development-oriented commercial banks catering to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), values this continuity in its leadership during a time of strategic execution.
