Project to sell a majority stake in Alliativ to Groupe SNEF
Visiativ, a player in digital transformation for SMEs and mid-sized companies, has announced a significant sale. On February 27, 2024, the main shareholders of Alliativ, the controlling shareholder of Visiativ, entered into a contract with Groupe SNEF. The latter acquires 75.72% of the capital of Alliativ.
The transaction, scheduled for the first half of 2024, is dependent on obtaining regulatory approvals. It includes a mandatory public purchase offer for the balance of Visiativ shares, set at €37 per share.
Please note, the number of Visiativ shares sold by concert shareholders is adjusted to 252,578, slightly below initial forecasts.
The A2EF firm was appointed independent expert to assess the financial conditions of the public purchase offer. This process follows AMF regulations.
