The implementation of Promoted’s search and ads engine aims to enhance freelancer search and ads capabilities, targeting increased hires, contract starts, and ads revenue.

Kamireddy emphasized Upwork’s commitment to using top-tier solutions to improve its match engine. Metrics ranging from contract starts to hiring manager retention rates ensure effective measurement of impacts.
