ProSiebenSat.1 Extends Partnership with SES

On February 28, 2025, SES announced the extension of its partnership with ProSiebenSat.1, a leading broadcast group in Germany and Austria. The agreement secures multi-year satellite capacity at 19.2 degrees East for distributing ProSiebenSat.1's programmes in both countries. This ensures continuous access to HD channels for German and Austrian audiences via SES satellites.

Additionally, the deal will integrate Joyn's streaming content into SES’s HD+ TV App, expanding the reach of ProSiebenSat.1's diverse media offerings. Joyn, owned by ProSiebenSat.1, is a popular streaming service with over 7.6 million users, now included in the HD+ TV app. This move enhances content availability for smart TV and mobile device users.
