Provision of preparatory documents for the PRISMAFLEX AGOE
PRISMAFLEX shareholders are invited to the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting on Friday, September 27, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. The event will be held at the company's offices in Saint Clément Les Places – Lieu Dit La Croix Bayard (69930).
The meeting notice, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published in BALO No. 91 of July 29, 2024.
In accordance with Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code, shareholders may consult the preparatory documents. Registered shareholders may request that the documents be sent up to the fifth day before the Meeting. Holders of bearer shares must provide a certificate of participation. The documents may also be consulted at the company's registered office for 15 days prior to the Meeting.
