Provision of the information note by Covivio
Covivio has issued a press release concerning the availability of the information note and the “Other Information” document. This press release, established pursuant to articles 231-27 2° and 231-28 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF), details a public exchange offer (the Offer) for the shares of Covivio Hotels.
The offer proposes 31 new Covivio shares for 100 Covivio Hotels shares, with a trading period of 15 days. The AMF affixed visa no. 24-181 to this information note on May 30, 2024.
The documents relating to the offer are available on the websites of the AMF and Covivio, as well as from the respective head offices of Covivio and BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking.
