Provision of the response note in the context of Alliativ's takeover bid on Visiativ

Visiativ SA announces the availability of the response note and information relating to its characteristics following the takeover bid initiated by Alliativ SAS, controlled by Groupe SNEF. This initiative follows the provisions of articles 237-1 et seq. of the RGAMF. Alliativ is considering a squeeze-out if less than 10% of Visiativ shares are not tendered for the offer.

The AMF validated the offer with visa n°24-291. The documents are available on the Visiativ and AMF websites, as well as at the Visiativ head office in Charbonnières-les-Bains. Euronext Paris will soon publish a notice detailing the opening of the offer.
