Public withdrawal offer initiated by ITEMAN SAS for ITESOFT
ITEMAN SAS has launched a public buyout offer followed by a squeeze-out for the shares of the company ITESOFT, as announced in a press release dated April 30, 2024. This operation, carried out with several shareholders, offers a price of 4, 00 euros per share. As the information note has already been approved by the Financial Markets Authority (AMF), the offer period will last 10 trading days.
The squeeze-out conditions, planned at the end of the public offer, are already guaranteed. Shares not sold during the public offer will be transferred to ITEMAN with compensation corresponding to the offer price. Documents detailing the legal, financial and accounting characteristics of ITEMAN are available from the AMF and on the ITESOFT and ITEMAN INTERNET sites.
