PVA TePla Announces Annual General Meeting on August 30, 2024

PVA TePla AG has rescheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to August 30, 2024, in Giessen, after initially planning it for June. Key agenda items include the election of new Supervisory Board members.

The terms of current members Alexander von Witzleben, Prof. Dr. Gernot Hebestreit, and Prof. Dr. Markus H. Thoma will expire. Christoph von Seidel and Dieter May are introduced as candidates, ensuring a seamless transition in the Audit Committee, with von Seidel expected to chair it. Prof. Dr. Gernot Hebestreit will run for one more year, with Rudolf Weichert as his replacement candidate.

The Supervisory Board’s reorganization aligns with PVA TePla’s strategic direction. This renewal process began last year with the election of Dr. Myriam Jahn. Additionally, a new compensation system for the Management Board will be proposed, aiming to align remuneration with the company's long-term success.
