Quadient SA - Adoption of all resolutions by the Combined General Meeting of June 14, 2024
Paris, June 17, 2024. Quadient (Euronext Paris: QDT), specialized in intelligent process automation, announces the adoption of all resolutions during the Combined General Meeting held on June 14, 2024, under the chairmanship of Didier Fly. Participation reached 74.19%.
The mandates of Hélène Boulet-Supau, Geoffrey Godet and Richard Troksa were renewed for three years. Bpifrance Investissement, represented by Emmanuel Blot, also sees its mandate renewed. Vincent Mercier was reappointed for 18 months. The Board of Directors confirmed Geoffrey Godet as Chief Executive Officer.
The General Meeting validated the remuneration elements for 2023 and the policy for 2024. Ernst & Young and Mazars SA are appointed Statutory Auditors for the certification of sustainability information. A dividend of 0.65 euros per share will be paid on August 7, 2024.
