Quadpack Industries Suspends Liquidity Contract Amidst Merger Announcement
Quadpack Industries (Euronext Growth: ALQP) has announced the suspension of its liquidity contract with Invest Securities. The suspension follows the announcement on 15 July 2024 of a proposed merger between Quadpack Industries and PSB Industries.
As of 15 July 2024, before the market opened, the liquidity account held 25,805 shares and €59,538.84 in cash. Comparatively, on 31 December 2023, the account held 19,002 shares and €29,856.09 in cash.
The liquidity contract with Invest Securities was signed on 14 October 2019, just before Quadpack Industries' listing on Euronext Growth on 18 October 2019. The initial amount allocated to this contract was €300,000.
