Levellois-Perret, France, July 22, 2024, Qwamplify (ISIN: FR0010889386 - Ticker: ALQWA), a major player in marketing, digital and media solutions, announces the end of the liquidity contract signed on March 2, 2020 with TP ICAP. The termination took effect on July 18, 2024.
On the termination date, the liquidity account contained 26,167 securities and €13,939.52 in cash. When the contract was signed, the account contained 6,000 securities and €120,790.81 in cash. As of June 30, 2024, it contained 24,542 securities and €18,957.09 in cash.
In the first half of 2024, 44,009 securities were purchased for €147,664.11 and 34,325 securities were sold for €118,602.07. Since the last report, 2,478 securities have been purchased for €6,878.65 and 853 securities have been sold for €2,368.89.
