R7 Capital Announces Special Meeting of Jaxon's Shareholders

Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / August 26, 2024 / R7 Capital Ventures Ltd. ("R7") has adjourned the special meeting of Jaxon Mining Inc. shareholders to August 30, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. The meeting will be held at 2900 - 733 Seymour Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.

The meeting, initially scheduled for August 9, 2024, was rescheduled to allow significant shareholders, especially those outside North America, who did not receive meeting materials in time, to participate. Proxies must be delivered by August 28, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time.

The purpose of the meeting is to elect a new Board of Directors. R7 has nominated four directors with vast experience in finance, corporate strategy, and specific industries to lead Jaxon Mining toward growth and better governance. The agenda includes a comprehensive strategic review and measures to hold management accountable for financial performance.
