Racing Force Announces Recent Share Buyback
Racing Force S.p.A. (RFG), the parent company of Racing Force Group, has disclosed the acquisition of 1,200 RFG shares. These purchases were made under the buy-back program authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting on April 29, 2024.
The acquisition took place between August 26 and 30, 2024, on the Euronext Growth Milan segment. The shares, equal to 0.0044% of the share capital, were bought at an average price of €4.08 each, totaling €4,891.00.
The intermediary for these transactions was Equita SIM S.p.A., LEI code 815600E3E9BFBC8FAA85. Detailed information regarding the daily purchase transactions has been provided.
Following these transactions, Racing Force now holds 20,813 treasury shares, representing 0.0760% of the share capital.
