Racing Force Announces Update on Share Buyback Program
Racing Force S.p.A., the parent company of the Racing Force Group, has released an update on its treasury share buyback program. This program, authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting on April 29th, 2024, saw the company acquire 1,851 RFG shares on the Euronext Growth Milan segment between August 19th and 23rd, 2024. These shares represent approximately 0.0068% of the company's share capital, purchased at an average price of €4.03 per share, totaling €7,450.90.
The transactions were executed through Equita SIM S.p.A., with the LEI code 815600E3E9BFBC8FAA85. Detailed daily purchase transactions have been disclosed in accordance with the relevant EU regulations.
Following these acquisitions, Racing Force now holds 19,613 treasury shares, equating to 0.0716% of its share capital. The company continues to operate under this authorized buyback program.
