REALITES initiates conciliation proceedings to restructure its debt
Saint-Herblain, September 25, 2024. The territorial development group REALITES has announced a series of measures to address the real estate crisis, including the restructuring of its debt. To this end, the group has initiated conciliation proceedings with the Nantes Commercial Court.
Founded in 2003 by Yoann Choin-Joubert, REALITES is a territorial developer specializing in the creation of real estate solutions. The group posted a 15% increase in its turnover in 2023, reaching 402 million euros, and continues its expansion in France and internationally.
