REALITES secures €40 million in financing for the development of the Bauer project in Saint-Ouen
The REALITES group announced that it had obtained financing of 40 million euros for the renovation project of the Bauer stadium in Saint-Ouen, also including the construction of offices and shops. This financing by HSBC Continental Europe is divided into 10 million euros for the development of the stadium and 30 million for the commercial and office spaces. This loan is qualified as a Green Loan, highlighting its commitment to sustainable development.
The total investment for this project reaches 112 million euros, confirming the importance of the project for the company and the region. REALITES expresses its gratitude to HSBC for its trust and also thanks Banque des Territoires for its continued support. This project also has a notable sporting dimension, with Bauer Stadium serving as a training site for the 2024 Olympic Games and continuing to host Red Star FC matches.
