Recticel Announces Capital Increase Through Subscription Rights Exercise

Recticel has disclosed a capital increase following the exercise of subscription rights from warrant plans issued in 2017 and 2020. On 31 May 2024, 50,000 subscription rights from the 2017 plan and 5,000 rights from the 2020 plan were exercised, resulting in the issuance of 55,000 new ordinary shares.

These new shares will start trading on Euronext Brussels from 4 June 2024. The total subscribed capital increased from EUR 140,802,300 to EUR 140,939,800. The number of shares rose from 56,320,920 to 56,375,920.

Following this, the number of outstanding subscription rights decreased from 2,435,000 to 2,380,000. Recticel's expanded capital and adjusted share statistics reflect a proactive financial maneuver aiming to support its growth strategies.
