Redcare Pharmacy Reports Significant Growth in Q3 Rx Sales

Redcare Pharmacy has announced a remarkable 81% growth in prescription (Rx) sales in Germany for the third quarter, with an exceptional 108% increase observed in September alone. The company attributes this growth to strong e-prescription (e-Rx) metrics and plans to enhance marketing efforts to capitalize on these results.

Overall group sales climbed by 21% year over year to reach EUR 574 million, with non-Rx sales increasing by 20% to EUR 383 million. The active customer base expanded by 0.4 million, reaching a total of 11.9 million. The company has updated its full-year 2024 guidance to reflect strategic decisions, targeting total sales between EUR 2.35 and EUR 2.5 billion.

CEO Olaf Heinrich emphasized the success of their digital services, while CFO Jasper Eenhorst highlighted the strong metrics driving further marketing investments. The DACH segment showed considerable growth, with sales rising to EUR 469 million. The International segment also saw a 22.7% increase in sales, reaching EUR 105 million.
