Reduction in resources of the liquidity contract between ATOS and Rothschild Martin Maurel
Paris, France - ATOS SE (ISIN: FR0000051732) announced the modification of its liquidity contract with Rothschild Martin Maurel. Initially endowed with €15 million, this contract has been reduced to €2 million.
The decline in the Company's market capitalization has led to this revision. A minimum amount of EUR 500,000 must be maintained on the account at all times. The other provisions of the contract remain unchanged and continue to apply in full.
The reduction in resources is in accordance with European regulations and articles of the French Commercial Code. As of August 13, 2024, the liquidity account contained 350,000 Atos shares and 1,988,441.34 euros.
