Renewal of CEO mandate at GECI International
The Board of Directors of GECI International has unanimously renewed the mandate of Serge Bitboul as Chairman and CEO. This decision was taken at the meeting of September 9, 2024, following the General Meeting of Shareholders.
Serge Bitboul, founder of the Group, is strengthening his commitment by increasing his stake in the capital. Since September 3, 2024, he holds 22.68% of the share capital, representing 24.01% of the voting rights. This increase illustrates his confidence in the company's potential.
Serge Bitboul expressed his conviction about GECI International's growth prospects in the areas of High Performance Computing and Smart Cities. He is banking on a strategy of continuous innovation and development to ensure the Group's success.
