Renewi plc: Results of the 11 July 2024 Annual General Meeting

Renewi plc held its annual general meeting today. All 18 resolutions outlined in the Company's notice from 18 June 2024 were approved by shareholders.

The poll results are as follows: the financial statements received 99.93% votes in favor. The final dividend was approved with 99.91% support. The annual statement obtained 97.15% approval. Most directors were re-elected with high percentages, including K Vandewever at 98.50% and O de Bont at 99.70%.

The resolution for the re-appointment of auditors was passed with 99.71% in favor. Additionally, the remuneration of auditors saw a 99.45% approval rate. Political donations were agreed upon with 97.61% votes in favor. Allotting shares and market purchases also passed with over 97% support.

Special resolutions, such as pre-emption rights and notice of meetings, received approval ratings of 98.40% and 97.27%, respectively. Full poll results will be published on Renewi’s website soon.
