Reorganization of Polygone capital
GL EVENTS, a group specializing in events, announces a change in the distribution of Polygone's capital. On July 23, 2024, Olivier Ginon, via his holding company "Le Grand Rey", purchased 10% of the shares of Polygone held by Aquasourça. This acquisition modifies the shareholder structure.
Today, Olivier Ginon and his holding companies hold 61.57% of the capital. Trévise Participations owns 20%, the Crédit Agricole SCIRs 13.1%, and Matmut 5.33%. As a result, Sophie Defforey and Félix Crepet of Aquasourça are leaving their positions as directors of Polygone and GL Events.
This operation marks a new stage in the sustainable growth of GL EVENTS, according to Olivier Ginon, CEO, affirming his confidence in the future of the company.
