Repurchase of own shares by Econocom Group

As part of the repurchases of its own shares authorized by the General Meeting of Shareholders on November 30, 2021, Econocom Group SE carried out transactions on its own shares between July 25 and 26, 2024.

On July 25, 2024, the company repurchased 8,923 shares on the stock market at an average price of €2.133 per share. The minimum price was €2,100 and the maximum price was €2,150. On July 26, 2024, an additional 5,673 shares were repurchased at an average price of €2.073, with a minimum price of €2.040 and a maximum price of €2.120.

In total, Econocom Group SE now holds 7,294,881 shares, which represents 4.07% of the company's shares out of a total number of 179,045,899 shares issued.
