Results of Irish Residential Properties REIT Plc Annual General Meeting

On May 10, 2024, Irish Residential Properties REIT plc (I-RES) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at The Herbert Park Hotel in Dublin, Ireland. At this event, all resolutions presented to the shareholders were approved.

The resolutions included the annual report and accounts acceptance, election and re-election of several board members, and policies on director remuneration. Notably, the resolution to re-appoint auditors and the approval of auditor remuneration passed almost unanimously.

Director election results showed strong support with many directors receiving over 97% approval, and Eddie Byrne and Richard Nesbitt both received about 99.94% votes in favor. Other major resolutions included the consent for Short Notice EGM with 88.40% approval, remuneration policies for directors, and several resolutions regarding share allotment and pre-emption rights.

The detailed voting on resolutions included extensive support percentages ranging from 88.40% to 100%, with the majority exceeding 97%. The resolution with the lowest approval rate was the authorization to allot shares, garnering 89.97% of the votes in favor.
