Results of the AT&S Annual General Meeting
Leoben – The 30th Annual General Meeting of AT&S Austria Technologie und Systemtechnik Aktiengesellschaft (AT&S) was held today. The key decision was not to pay a dividend for the financial year 2023/24.
Deloitte Audit Wirtschaftsprüfungs GmbH has been appointed as the statutory auditor for the financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2024/25.
All other agenda items presented for resolution were adopted by the shareholders present at the meeting.
