Results of the CIBOX Combined General Meeting of June 27, 2024

On June 27, 2024, the company CIBOX Inter@ctive held its combined general meeting with a quorum of 26.17%. The latter having been achieved, all of the proposed resolutions could be deliberated and voted on.

Shareholders approved all resolutions by a majority of votes cast. Among the resolutions adopted, we note the approval of the accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023 and the delegation of powers to the Board of Directors for various capital operations.

The resolutions also included decisions on directors' remuneration, share buybacks and capital increases by various methods. Each resolution received a largely favorable vote, with approval percentages approaching or reaching 100%.
