Results of the Europlasma General Meeting of September 24, 2024
The ordinary and extraordinary general meeting of Europlasma took place on September 24, 2024 in Pessac. The 5 shareholders present represented 1,737 shares out of the 8,931,302 shares with voting rights. The ad hoc proxy, AJILINK VIGREUX, exercised the voting rights for the absent shareholders, bringing the quorum to 100%.
The meeting approved all resolutions, including the accounts for the 2023 financial year, the renewal of Deixis' mandate as co-auditor, and the financial delegations to the Board of Directors.
