Results of the METAVISIO General Assembly

On December 19, 2024, METAVISIO held its ordinary and extraordinary general meeting in Dammarie-les-Lys under the direction of Mr. Stephan Français. Thirty-eight shareholders participated, in person or by correspondence. All resolutions were adopted, except the fourth, withdrawn by the board of directors.

Voting results will be available on the METAVISIO website. Notable changes to the Board of Directors include the arrival of Mr. Alexander Rees-Evans following the resignation of Mr. Marc Deschamps. The Board now consists of Mr. Stephan Français, Mr. Pierre Krasnovsky, Mr. Mengqiu Zhu and Mr. Alexander Rees-Evans.

Mr. Français thanked the shareholders for their trust. Regarding the authorization to issue ORA, he clarified that it only aims to allow the company to issue up to 10,000 ORA, in accordance with the financing agreement concluded in October 2024, without the need to convene a new meeting.
