Results of the Novacyt Annual General Meeting
On July 18, 2024, Novacyt SA, a molecular diagnostics company listed on Euronext Growth and AIM, held its Annual General Meeting (AGM). All resolutions presented during the ordinary part were adopted. However, the Extraordinary General Meeting could not be held due to a quorum not being reached.
In addition, Steve Gibson and Joanne Mason were officially appointed to the Novacyt board of directors, as Executive Directors. These appointments aim to strengthen the governance of the company in its next stages of development.
